Proefnotitie

Licht robijnrode wijn met subtiele aroma’s van rijpe aardbei, kers, bosgrond en toast. De smaak is gul en sappig met mooie fraîcheur en fijne tannines. Aanhoudende afdronk met tonen van laurier.

Soepele, verfijnde rode wijn om licht gekoeld te drinken, bijvoorbeeld bij gevogelte (geroosterde kip of eend), kalfsvlees, lichte pastagerechten of auberginebeignets.
